On the subject of Stencil...
I tried stenciling onto a sphere object, the (background) text wasn't curved
but it seem to stencil onto a the (foreground)sphere alright.
However upon shading the sphere, the stenciling doesn't show.
Looking closer at my object I realized the original polygons that make up the
sphere hadn't altered where the text was stenciled.
(Hope I explained this right)
Since I didn't have a problem stenciling onto a block, I'm thinking that
stenciling onto a sphere has to be done differently. Can someone kindly run me
through a simple example.
On a slightly related topic, at this time, can V4.0 PC beta import postscript
pictures (for use as stencils)?
Thanks
Ed
